Resources for Dancers During COVID-19

Like you all of you, I find myself very displaced and a little lost during this unprecedented time. While I am incredibly fortunate to have a safe space to hunker down and some room to work and take care of my physical maintenance, it’s still not the same as having access to a full gym, a studio studio, and all of the people who keep me strong and ready for action.

In my own efforts to make the best of the situation I’ve some across several free or inexpensive resources to help stay moving and working. I’m collecting those resources here for anyone looking for some ways to move and find help. I’ll be adding to this page periodically.


Nike Training Club
NTC is currently offering all of their content (including premium workouts) for free.

Variis by Equinox is streaming fitness classes totally free.

Joel Rowdy
@j.rowdy is trainer who works with professional dancers. He has excellent exercises for cross training and conditioning on his feed.

Former dancer, currently a health and wellness coach working at The Well Bondi in Sydney Australia. Ariel, offers excellent mobility and strengthening exercise videos for $10.
